The Ol' Farm House ain't what she use to be. It's definitely time for a new roof.We decided to go with a metal roof. For those of you in the Puget Sound, you should really check out Metal Roof Specialties. I can't say enough good stuff about Jerry and the gang. Super people to work with.
Here's a pic of the roof. Your standard composite shingle. It's in pretty bad shape and not insulated very well.
We are going with a galvanized metal standing seam roof. It should look awesome. They dropped off the materials yesterday, and start putting on the new roof on Monday.
They're saying by this time next Wednesday, the new roof should be on. I can't wait!
